Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using MultiShop (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

MultiShop lets you create and share shopping lists and recipes and use AI-assisted features to add items by text, voice, photo or link. The app is provided free of charge and is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the app in your jurisdiction (at least 13 years old).
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the lists, recipes and other content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, sync and display that content to you and to people you choose to share it with. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access other users' data without authorisation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

AI features

AI-assisted features rely on third-party processing (Google's Gemini API). Results may contain errors — always review parsed items and recipes before relying on them.

Changes & availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiShop and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
